Automatically print Sendcloud shipping labels the moment an order is picked
If you ship more than a handful of parcels a day, you know the routine: pick the order, walk to the computer, open Sendcloud, find the order, create the label, download it, print it, and walk back to the packing table. It takes maybe a minute per parcel. At 80 parcels a day, that adds up to more than an hour of clicking.
We built Rondeo to remove that step. When the picker has scanned the last product of an order, the Sendcloud label is requested and printed right away on the printer next to the packing table. Nobody has to click anything.
How it works
Any carrier in your Sendcloud account
Rondeo uses the carriers you already set up in Sendcloud: PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS and more. You can pick a carrier per country, for example PostNL for the Netherlands and GLS for Germany. For shipments outside the EU, the HS codes and country of origin come from your products, so the customs data is filled in for you.
Several printers, one set of rules
With PrintAutopilot you can add one printer per paper size: an A6 label printer for most parcels and an A4 printer for documents or labels for some countries. Simple if-then rules decide which printer gets each job, and you can change them yourself without a developer:

Tracking without opening track & trace
Sendcloud tracking updates are saved on the order in Rondeo, so the office can see when a parcel is delivered. If the order came from Shopify, it is marked as fulfilled with the tracking number, and Shopify sends the customer its shipping confirmation.

Webshops and wholesalers that pack parcels every day and want to cut out the computer step between picking and shipping. It also works if you deliver some orders with your own drivers and send the rest by parcel. Rondeo handles both from the same order list.
