Rondeo Field Service Tool

Rondeo is a SaaS delivery and field-service planner built for small and mid-sized delivery companies. Every company gets its own workspace to plan orders, drivers and routes from a single screen, while drivers get a mobile app that guides them from stop to stop.

Plan the week in minutes

New orders land in an unplanned list and are dragged onto a driver and day in the weekly planner. Stops can be reordered by hand or sorted with a single “Shortest route” click powered by Google Directions.

Orders from anywhere

Orders can be added straight from the planner, picked from the customer and product catalogue, or pushed directly by a webshop or ERP through the integration API. The API matches customers, addresses and products automatically and safely ignores duplicate submissions.

Recurring orders run on a daily, weekly or monthly cycle and can be bundled into fixed rounds. They are generated automatically a week ahead, with support for pausing, skipping and end dates.

A driver app that works offline

Drivers log in by scanning a QR code and install the PWA app on their phone. At every stop they can navigate, call the customer, confirm delivered quantities, add notes, record a failed delivery with a reason and capture a signature. Everything works without a connection and syncs once the driver is back online. push notifications tells drivers when new stops have been planned for them.

Live overview for the office

The dashboard shows live driver positions on a map, plus each driver’s route for the day in planned order, including total distance and driving time.
